Thanks Quantum - good to see the approvals process moving ahead efficiently as expected.
I see from ADAMS overnight that the Notice has now been published in the Federal Register - so we can now insert the deadline date for 'requests for hearing' or 'leave to intervene'. It is 12th SEPTEMBER 2011.
This is quite a crucial date. If there are no 'requests for hearing' or 'leave to intervene' by then, there will be a much better chance for PEN to secure the Source Materials License in the 'fast-tracked' timeframe (ie by March 2012) it is expecting.
