This is my take.

They said 24 days; but I think that is on the outside and worst case scenario.

Those off shore rigs can drill 100 mts a day unless there is a problem (and I guess with oil drilling you never know, look at BP's GOM). So if all is per normal, to drill 1600 mts, today or tomorrow they should be at target depth. Testing, wire line etc add 2-3 days. Another day to argi bargi over the result and how to spin the announcement. I say Tuesday or Wednesday if the result is good and any later than that, it's either problems or a duster. If it is a matter of going deeper, I think they'll have to announce it anyhow.
