Looking at Albany through to Dunsborough with family in the Yallingup area so I'm all ears Dave. I've looked at so much on the net I'm thoroughly confused as to what to get. I can't be bothered renting and waiting so I need to make sure I get a decent buy to cover my backside for any future falls, to some extent at least. What to buy though? 50 - 100acres at the southern slopes of the Porongurups for $400,000 and build? Home on a couple of acres in Margaret River for $650,000?
