CO2 = carbon dioxide, a natural product of our environment no doubt, which wouldn't cause any problems except that we have done a lot to the environment which naturally absorbs CO2 so there may be an imbalance.

i apologise if my meaning was misunderstood, i should have made it clearer that i meant: we have done a lot to the environment, and since the environment naturally absorbs CO2, there may be an imbalance due to humanity reducing the capacity of the environment to absorb CO2. ie, through deforestation.
i hope this makes it clearer.
