Youre not allowing for the near-certain addition to production from the not-yet-announced,maybe- not-yet drilled WBext main compartment S wells that are into an 80m thick S layer with superb credentials whose first result/s are right on the expectations of what the layer should produce at,as indicated by refence to the old CVNs files on the much-less-spectacular Wichian Buri field,which WBext mirrors.
Allow an absolute minimum of another 300 bopd (to CVN).
These results have been delayed a bit because they sent the POE rig off on a tangent to get a bead on the 2nd prospective WBext S compartment to the East,with the intent of upping the prospective well count at WBext .
It is probably an opportune time to put up some figures on what I am sure the partners are aiming for.
They want enough S targets at WB ext to drill as many as 40 initial(see below) S wells,to be added to a prospective revisit of the apparently inferior WB field(already announced,but on the back burner for the moment) via infill drilling between the 15 or 16 wells drilled there so far, plus possible drilling there on land that hasnt been drilled yet,to be added (hopefully) to another heap of S prospects at L33.
If all this sounds overoptimistic there is one item of info that I havent yet posted on L33. I intend to post it when I see the partners advise us that they will be putting down a well into the sandstones there.
My advice is to watch for the partners giving signs of going for more S prospects than you may think they can reasonably handle (the reason being that they want to get the prospective S target count in a small geographical area (WB,WBext,L33?)as high as they can in order to build a close-knit S regime on it and this would include prospects that can be drilled to replace the first wells in 20 years time !) This is the Sirikit model.
They have just delayed drilling continuously at WBext ,main compartment,in order to prove up another compartment. That is an earlyt sign of where this sandstone thing is headed,IMO..
