Communication with a company that can't be named, by a director that can't be disclosed, may or may not have said that a JV was close. The 25th was not mentioned in the first post.(Day traders set your watches)
Given the "one or more" comment up the update, and the pending court case on the "H" farm, one my conclude it is not the JV that would turn this around, but a JV of necessity.
If a option extension is announced, well.....
