Does the fact the there has been little volume trading in this stock mean that it is just not interesting enough at the moment and that when interest in IT stocks does come back that the price could move quite quickly?

I am thinking that when the money moves from the bubbling property market back to equities, volumes across the board could change.

I also agree with you regarding Quicken customer support, it is pretty ordinary.

I also think their web site is pretty dull.

One of the reasons I think RKN is worth watching is the fact that they are doing well in the market despite their management of customers. Says much about their underlying product.

There success will ulitmately be dependent on their US partners, similary to LOK, that is where my view will be formed.
