I think there will be further filing from AGS Capital because I believe they have sold more shares since.

The last F604 was up to 5 July. I am not sure how many days ASIC requires filing to be made.

Although we are still not clear who has got the 378m placement share @0.004. Some of these could have been sold since the free oppies would make it worthwhile.
