I remember reading negatives about MMX when there was no news. At least they are making sure everyone is kept informed. Good to read 'shareholder value' a priority. My take is the letter is to let us know we are about to get an offer - shareholder value. What ever it is.....thems the risks. Positive thinking, ( little praying, the good lord has been good to me) and we will all be OK. Holders, Don't let the fear mongers get to you. As many have said here...MMX has a great asset. It won't go cheaply. The purchaser will know the high value and will be happy to pay it.
