Not surprised though...the mug punters saw that we're being fined for a long past incident with a max payment of $175k...surely thats tax deductible...and that that may somehow impact the outcome of the additional gas volume application. The two are absolutely unrealted and as I said I believe this is only them following process.

By 2 weeks we should understand what has been happening and what DERM have to say on the applciation. If all good then I would expect a substantial rerating as nervous nellies interested in this technology and its future will flood back in, or any issues and delays will just see potential buying opportunities for the other international prospects in countries truelly trying to make the most of technology to reduce GHE and minimise environmental impact!!!

I'm getting to the point where I may have to write to Anna and ask her some serious questions on her intentions!
