True, it's probably a long shot for them, although I have no idea what it actually involves. It might depend on how strong a case you can make, and maybe retrospective voting is allowable?

I think a lot of people are in the same boat as I with the options... in that I'm unlikely to exercise them at this point. Anyone that thinks they might get over the line in the next two weeks would have to calculate that possibility against the certainty of heads. And TNROB really over the line in two weeks equates to perhaps about 1.2c on heads at this point... Buying TNR at 0.8c and going for the 50% possible gain with a backup plan of waiting out the development for bigger gains is just a much better proposition at this point.

My money is already tied up in the safer path at this stage, so no cash to exercise them unless I can offload a percentage of them to get some cash. And that's an even tighter call right now.
