SRF, you say
'Imagine you ask a bank loan to buy a house and you have to pay upfront fee, then you realise that in the agreement after you paid that the bank would only release the fund if you buy a house that cost more than you could afford but the fee is non refundable'.
I would never ever pay upfront fee before the agreeement was written, read and signed. Who did it? Mr Hamilton?
