    re: Ann: SpringTree CLA terminated by mutual ... Good to see SpringTree gone. However, need to confirm what form the US$3m equity funding will take. Will it be similar to the SpringTree agreement with shares issued at a discount to market for monies borrowed?

    If so, we might have just replaced one vulture fund with another.
