re: property will fall At the moment they are building 5 large apartment complexes in the Brisbane CBD, with another 2 recently completed.
And just last year I attended a focus group about another apartment complex that they are planning to build in the CBD, a huge one.
quite amazing actually. On my way to Uni I pass all 5 building sites. 5 minutes from my apartment
