Yeah, metatags are also very important, for rankings and also to get customers to actually visit our website. Do a search on Google for www.thermalife.com.au. You'll see there is no description of what Thermalife is (unlike all the other listings). If they had decent meta tags this problem would be quickly resolved.
Quick Fact: I was just researching on Google Adwords and found that 14,800 Australians each month do a search on Google for Voltaren, Deep Heat 2400 searches, and OzHealth Arthritis Cream gets 2400 also. That gives you an idea of the mass exposure you can get online for your brand.
Word of mouth will be important for Thermalife sales, however, the internet will catapault their exposure if they can just get their s#$% sorted.
