The guy is right, however he is not wanting to aknowledge the bottoming scenario where a stock has a double bottom but could continue sideways for any amount of time before kicking up.

Bottoming action "could" go on for years. I hope not, and I really dont think it will continue a bottoming pattern with the shorters in play. Once the shorters are flushed out the spike should be like none ever seen before... IMHO
