As i see it the company HAS reached milestones where they have had control of the process. Which is all that i am bothered about.
It is obvious PRR are at the mercy of the SEC and have absolutely no control over the NASDAQ listing process apart from responding to questions in a timely manner.
When it comes to the NASDAQ listing if the SEC wants to drag things out for whatever reason then that is entirely up to them. I am sure the SEC does not give a chickens razoo about PRR australian shareholders.
The comment "rather soon" can be taken with a pinch of salt as even MR has no influence over the SEC.
"It will happen when it happens" is the only accurate prediction anyone can give.
