I always said that having Hanlong as a major shareholder would be a negative not a positive...there will be no other bidders for SDL, RIO & BHP not interested in low grade resources and high grade resource is too small, Chinese won't compete against each other...that is why scheme of arrangement, Hanlong know nobody else interested and SDL board will have to negotiate
