    Goes almost without saying. Can ESG management be really this pessimistic that they rollover so easily? If it were NOT an agreed offer I/we would be a lot happier.

    I am happy to end up owning a heap of Santos shares ... its just that the conversion rate I had hopes for was more like 1 for 10.
