Maybe ESG still havent sent off the data to their ceritfiers and ther update is still a long way off. I know they have said in past that they will have it ready for them by mid year but we've been letdown by ESG management so many times before.
Today has been such a wierd day for me. I also own SDL shares and they too announced today that they got a low ball offer for a full take over.
