It was only the receptionist I spoke to but she seemed sure about the question and answer.
I specifically asked about those holding shares at the time of the announcement being eligible for the rights. She indicated no, that they have to wait for the record date.
I still wasn't 100% convinced and that's when I looked to see what happened with the last rights issue.
I wish it was different but I'm only relaying what I was told.
The worst thing is that I sold out of TVN at 3.2c to buy into KIK at 1.3c - doh?
