V1
Blackout period also applies as we have now passed the end of financial year.
They are not allowed to buy shares once the blackout period starts 15 days after any end of period (i.e. full year or half year... 30 June and 31 December).
The blackout period will lift once they have announced their full year result I believe, or given reasonable guidance as to what it will be.
Not sure if this will be in the Quarterly, or with the full year accounts, which will probably be out in mid to late August?
So there will be no more buyback notices for about a month or more I reckon.
Cheers
