    Your first bid is never your best bid

    In the majority of takeovers there is more than 1 bidder

    The presence of a lot large majority shareholder (Hanlong 18-19%) should not be a deterrant to another bidder (think of BHP's bid for RIO who has Chinalco as a 11% shareholder)
