    blao, I did a little reading about CMJ, to try to find out. It *may* be that earlier falls were about a big tax case that CMJ lost to the ATO- you may know about that, but I can't find any ANN's about it on here. It was reported in the AFR in April.

    The other thing is that CMJ holds Foxtel and just invested in Austar/AUN, and there are concerns in the media today that the takeover may be blocked. AUN fell quite heavily today, too.
