PNO's lack of movement, lingering and rumbling around .08 and .09 is most likely nothing to do with PNO but more to do with a broader market concern with US debt.
In times of uncertainty the speculative side of the market is the side that gets hit first as people either sell and wait for better days or move into more defensive stocks. at times like these shareholders invest in companies that have made it with current earnings not potential ones no matter how big they POTENTIALLY may be.....
