Squidd.. I would imagine that any board with their S/holders interests at heart would reject outright any opportunistic offer which in their own words undervalued the company.I am not saying they should not talk to hanlong about a T/O, just that they should reject any discussions about THIS offer.

If one beleives anything they read on H/C then SDL are holding the aces.If predators are going to play lowball then I cannot see why SDL cant just throw the ball back at them without offering a shot or is there some conception that any stupid offer may be the only offer we get.
