Should I add that STO, being the entity that will benefit from this, may not be allowed to vote in the resolution. The Directors, and True Energy can.
And with all of their personal accounts, nominees accounts, Superannuation accounts, and Trusts and Family trusts, etc. they will command quite a few votes.
After all, they are all separate and Legal Entities.
