    Convertible notees can be (optionally) converted to stock at the lower of;
    1) 13.5 cents
    2) 10% discount to the 30 day (?) VWAP, rounded to the nearest cent.

    At the moment, 1 note can effectively be converted to 13.5 shares. But noteholders don't have to.
