But hang on doesn't management hold most of the stock ? if they do and they have agreed to the TO then another bidder has no chance of a foot in the door.
I haven't posted on here for a while, but I'm sure kicking my own bu tt that I didnt pull the trigger when we were at 60c. this battle has been at least 3 years in the making and as per arrow I think most beleivers just got tired of waiting.
