Why is KF a creditor of the company at this stage? Why has he any decisioning role in the company now after all this and if he is being sued abroad , why did he not know local laws before committing funds belonging to other people.? Also , the 2 million dollar cap raising was not intended solely for Zambia if you google that. ASIC have got back to me and said there is not sufficient evidence on KF to act at this stage and will leave it up to the administrators to report any breaches of conduct. They are about collecting fees and little more it appears.
