for the people that are interested in offshore mining and this GOT project , i believe offshore mining is on our doorsteps and i think that the state and federal gov. believe that as well hence them creating the OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1994..

and the guidelines outlined in this ACT GOT will need to comply to.
