this is my scenario,
it took M & G about 1 month to buy about 1,000,000 shares on market. They announced this to the market on monday.
Before they start the next order, they will let the sp drop to accumalate again. I think they have another 3 million shares to buy before they triger the automatic take over offer.
They have done this a few times already.
