you never know,all the gloom re usa and euro fin. crisis might see people take a hard look,banks and the mining industry might have a more subdued future,i know one bull resource mate who incredibly has tls as a big slice of his portfolio because of the dividend--if TLS can maintain or grow their divvy over time it will have to rerate.

with 35 year leases to the nbn looks pretty good for retirees,especially if they can reclaim some of the franking credit then it looks almost unbeatable.

of course all the govt meddling over the past decade has not boosted investor confidence in TLS,however the GFC certainly had an impact
