I am aware the top shareholder is Monarch Corp, however is it definitely owned by Palermo's?

The reason I ask is that on 14-02-11 jabbaheat said

I think the ASX rules say that 5% of shareholders are needed to call a shareholders' meeting. Monarch Corp owned 40 million at the time of jabbaheat's post, which was about 5% of the total shares in February. Hence, only Monarch Corp was able to hold a shareholders' meeting. Hence, on that basis, I concluded that Monarch Corp was owned by jabbaheat, assuming jabbaheat was saying the truth.

If jabbaheat's comments are the truth, and if as you say Monarch Corp is owned by Palermo's, does that then mean that jabbaheat is John Palermo's nic on HotCopper? I don't know
