In the lead up to this debate the alarmists were salivating at the prospect of Monckton (I'm an Aussie and will not use the term "Lord") making a fool of himself. What a difference a day makes.

But seriously: Is Himself presenting himself as a "Lord of the realm" any different to Gore introducing himself as "The once next President of the USA"? (or words to that effect) Is hyperbowl (or is that hyperbole?) only legitimate for those who wish to scare the wits out of our children?
