Just an addendum - there is a 'CVAC Systems' in California who deal in 'Cyclic Variations in Adaptive Conditioning', but I could not find that they had registered CVAC as a trademark in the US trade mark office - no idea what the relevant US law would be or if they have grounds for objection despite not having registered it themselves - my uninformed guess would be - not.
