Having injunctions already in place over the Zambian ore and not mentioning it at the AGM to shareholders seems illegal to me. That is serious non disclosure if factual seeings not being able to legally sell it left the company broke . I remember Ken was having lawyers draft letters to a potential buyer of the ore to see "if they wanted it or not". How bout using the same lawyer to find out local laws. Also there was a capital raising for areas that were not Zambian related. If the money was poured into Zambia and not the other ventures as advertised in the CR propespectus, is this misrepresentation. I dont know the answers but KF should NOT be a creditor.
