I was stopped out of my holdings a bit back but i am writing because there are so many legal implications involved in this now and the run down in SP from 1.5c or so now begins to make sense.
Mr Hamilton may have a lot to answer for if his oversight caused this mess as he could be in serious breach of directors duties and the Corp Act.
You would need all evidence yet from Legal perspective (I work in Corporate Law after reading through that agreement we would never let a client enter into something on those terms. Whilst not all evidence and representations are available that agreement is the core document and it is not looking good at all. Right now a trading halt should be called by either the ASX or the Company.
An absolute shocking mess and now this with the poster CVR and the possible link to AGS. Is there any way that the Mods can clarify this?
