Reminds me of ACR. A couple of weeks ago, someone was dumping shares but at the same time someone was buying. It was a classic of bring the share price down so you can buy more at cheaper price. Ultimately fear will get someone to sell or protect their profit. As Buffet would say "Only buy something that you'd be perfectly happy to hold if the market shut down for 10 years."
