People are nervous and willing to take 49c if they are in the good money-someone (IMO guess who)buys those shares and then wacks them on the sell at 50. Lock it in at 49-49.5 and accumulate. Watch the sell dissappear when the next bid comes in and that same someone will make a killing. Someone else really big and manipulative could possibly buy all those 30 mill shares between 49 and 50 and then make a counterbid at 60 (and shafting someone else). Of course this would have to be disclosed to the market. Along with the shares that SDL have given them as a partner also. Just guessing in this regard of course.
Good luck all
