there was an article in the Australian in June on them - the article was a bit of crappy reporting as they missed the point that CKL didn't end up buying the whole business (so ignore the figures). The article does give an indication of the sort of EBITDA margin they are looking to achieve from the CHH business. If they achieve a 10% plus EBITDA margin for the acquired business then this stock is going to be very cheap.
