deutsche bank - esg and bow

Not sure if any one else has noticed, but Deutsche Bank emerged as a major shareholder in Bow 5.02%, the announcement was released to the market on the 14th July.
Just a few days before the Santos scheme with ESG was announced on the 18th July.The press release from Santos noted that Deutsche Bank acted as exclusive financial advisor to Santos.

Perhaps others with more expertise in these matters may want to take comment.
