if the shareholdings are a marketable parcel, and are registered on ESG share registry, then their vote will count.

i know with SPP's, you cannot do this, if the shares are beneficially held by the same person.

But this is different imho.

you can easily have a s/holding in SMSF, then in your name, then in wife's name etc.

brilliant suggestion thats simple, effective and only costs some brokerage.
