AT $0.20 the takeover offer is around $97 mill the chinese firm own 42% so 42% of $97 mill is 40.75. 97 -40.75 = $56 million if they were willing to pay $78 mill that means $78 = 58% so its a equation meanining they can bid ($0.27 $132 mill) a share which would mean they pay remander of share holders $78 mill
