In Australia in order to get to the real players in the Drug industry police and prosecutors build real cases. Producer, distributors, money flow, phone taps, surveillance etc this builds motive and a real case in order to see genuine criminals get punishment.
We know marijuana is grown in Indonesian and we know it’s grown in OZ so can anyone offer a strong motive as to why somebody would be stupid enough to transport it in this manner? If the answer to that question is a resounding NO then the possibility that the Women is telling the truth seem more likely than not.
With that in mind we then move on to whether Indonesian Law is about Truth and Justice or very simple punishment.
Briter I just like to see something a lot more convincing that drugs in a unlock boogie board bag. Maybe she is stupid or maybe she is so smart that by putting in a unlocked bag she could claim it was planted. Rather a ridiculous line don’t you think? How about somebody offer a solid motive!
