Shows me that you are aware of the risks. What I don't understand is your conclusion but that is up to you and everyone reading this can evaluate chances and risks involved by investing in Lynas.
You were talking about facts. Most of the issues can not be valued as facts IMO.
"Lynas is heading to the goal untouched" can't be a fact, it's your interpretation of many aspects regarding this company. As a lawyer you should know the difference, right?
