I agree with most of what you say, WR has done
reasonably well, before WN appearance. Since then
he has drag things out,
even not meeting some of his schedules.
I agree he need more time to prove his abilities.
IMO port is not the problem.
Rail is a different matter.
If we have rail every thing should fall into place.
I hope the lack of solid rail news is because of
commercial sensitivity.
Being disappointed after setting the date of July as
our salvation, I don't want to set another date.
