Your point about the cr is very valid, however it will most certainly be a rights issue. The company has used RI many times in the past and the sp has held up very well each time.

Any CR no matter what form it takes will definately lead to a lowering of long term sp predictions because more shares on issue, so all per share fundamentals will lower.

But as for short term consequences, I dont expect any negativity. The money will further or distribution and in particular our marketing which will then be reflected in higher sales.

And the RI will protect from heavy selling.

Their is even a possibility that a RI will cause a sudden increase in sp, firstly because their is usually a pump before CR and secondly because the ex date may allow new holders to buy in and participate in the RI.

Obviously the company better understands their funding requirement and timing more than us, but they have had feelers out for over a month now.

You would assume rather than having an AGM followed by an EGM, they will get their act together and have everything ready for the AGM. Saves time and money.
