Now I've heard from some people that often you can get concessions in rent, or upfront payment from the building owner to help pay for fitout costs.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
This particular floor of the building has been vacant for over 2 years. Retail/Office space, 110k a year (fitout costs seem to be about 80k + Labor (say 100k).
Just wanted to approach negotiations with some ammunition.
