    Ok I hold KZL not CSE, just dont quite understand this ann, are they saying CSE shareholders are going to get a .14 payout after the deal and still hold your CSE shares (now trading for .14) with $14mil to go on with???

    So if you buy CSE today at .14 you get the shares for free??

    I must be reading it wrong...
